Missing preorder bonuses

It downloaded the bonuses but they never unlocked. Please help

I am having the same issues. I pre-ordered from GS and my weapon skin isn’t showing up

It has occurred to me as well that I did not get my bonus/armor skin for the pre order…anyone have an answer to this or is still having this problem?

If you go to the spartan hub and look to see if you have a REQ Pack, because it will all be in there waiting for you. You’ll just have to open the pack

It is in the REQ pack.

You just have to open them up.

I opened all my REQ packs, so I did get those but I have yet to see anything about the “Teishen Raikou Armor Set” pre order bonus. Has anyone received theirs?

Same here. I pre-ordered the digital version but there’s no weapon or skin.

I also do not have my pre order bonuses or fotus armor or any of that.

I google searched on the matter and ended up, here. I am missing the AR “Steel” skin from my Best Buy preorder REQ pack. I did get the armor, the AR variant, and some other warzone items but the Weapon Skin was missing. Best Buy was kind enough to send a second code, redeemed and that did not work either.

I’m still not have armor from pre-order, I recive many things from pre-order packages and from REQ pack’s but not the armor from ms-store.
Maybe they not explain that pre-order bonus armor.
Maybe they need to say -
When you Pre-order you have a chance to receive armor.

I did not get any of my skins or armor either and I bought the collectors edition.
