Missing Premium Warzone REQ Packs

I purchased the Premium Warzone REQ Pack bundle on October 29th and I only received 5 weeks worth of packs, so 10 packs. In other words, I am missing 2 weeks of packs, so 4 packs. I have yet to receive any response since I started posting about my issue earlier this week.

Bumping for an unresolved issue

If you bought the req bundle on the 29th of October then more than likely it’s over.

If you bought it on the 29th of October and got your pack that day then you would stop getting them in early - mid december.

I missed picking mine up one week and what I did was choose the purchase option of the REQ bundle. It recognized that I had already bought it so I closed the shop, Went to open packs and they appeared.

I understand how the REQ bundle works, and I made sure to check for my packs at least once a week. But the thing is, I never got packs in December. Essentially only getting packs for 5 weeks instead of 7 weeks.

I do not think they care to resolve REQ issues. I already filed a complaint with Microsoft support about how abysmal the support is on here.

At this point I’m gonna have to do that as well. It doesn’t make sense how we have to post on the forums for support then hope we get an answer. From what I’ve seen, when you do get answer, it’s because you didn’t provide enough information or details and when you add whatever’s missing you don’t get an answer. This method of obtaining support for a game this big is laughable.
