Anybody having problems with not having the armor they unlocked or the skin types for weapons you unlocked. I had the gamestop regular pre order gear and BR skin and all of a sudden it is missing. Does anyone have any ideas to why this would be?

I think there are many of us having the same issue. Hopefully by now, they are aware of it and working on a fix
Go into your Xbox dashboard, then settings, then account management, then recent downloads, find your preorder bonuses, finally download em again.
