I pre-ordered my copy of Halo 4 at GameStop, and I redeemed the codes on the receipt as soon as I got home. I unlocked the Arctic Skin for the BR and the Hazop armour with the Forest skin. A few weeks later, they were gone, on the same account I applied them onto. I understand that they’re small things that practically everyone has, but I pre-ordered it for a reason. Come on, 343. If there’s any way that anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it. Better yet, if there’s a way I can contact 343i, I’d appreciate that information. Thanks.
Yeah, my pre-order bonuses were the same. I really liked one of the helmets I got (sorry, can’t remember the name) but more often than not I’d sign in and be looking at Recruit armor. So I just stopped using it altogether.
As for the BR skin code, that one kept screwing up my loadouts. As in, when the skinned version would inevitably disappear, the loadout I had it set to would revert not only to AR, but clear out my Tactical, Support, and Armor Ability slots on ALL my open loadouts. So yeah, quit using that one too.
Eventually just gave up on trying to use em. Sorry you’re having the same issues.

That won’t solve it either. They’ve run out of codes by now.
When I pre-ordered Halo: Reach from Gamestop, I didn’t get the chest piece bonus because they ran out. There’s only a certain number of codes MICROSOFT allows to retailers.

Normaly, this is the ultimate solution. I only had problems redeeming codes ebcause of region locking problems.
