Hello, I am Vonix and I pre ordered from the Xbox store on the Xbox, And I have yet to receive my pre-order bonuses. I mean the bonuses downloaded but I never got the req pack. I also haven’t recived my teshi now armour.
please help.

Sorry to say, but everyone is having this problem and 343 either went for the cash grab and doesn’t care or they have like 2 people working on this. People have posted 3 weeks ago for preorder bonuses not comming (including i) so I wouldn’t expect anything man.

Yeah I posted about this when the game came out. I’m just trying to get the Word out.
So, the next time you start up your xbox, go to My games and apps and go to the halo 5 icon. From there hit the start button on your controller and select manage game, you should be able to view any of the various packs that you have from there. If the warzone req bundle is there, know that the 14 packs are delievered in sets of two a week, meaning you’ll recieve them over a time frame of 7 weeks. If they icon for the warzone req bundle is not there, then the code for it has not been applied and downloaded yet.
As for other packs such as pre order bonus, they should appear there as well. If they are there and you haven’t recieved anything then its most likely a delivery delay/issue, 343i has been delayed on the Tenshin armor as noted in the sticked post on support forums. If nothing is there then contact the provider for your game and inquire as you why you haven’t recieved your pre order bonus.

yeah i see the pre-order bonuses i tried re installing them and still nothing.
My best recommendation is to just let it sit there and wait it out. Un/re installing too much can cause wonky problems.
