I have posted in multiple forums regarding the issue of missing pre order content. I have spoken with Xbox support multiple times and they ensure me I will eventually hear back from someone at 343. I’m hoping someone will help me out. Thank you.
Same here I’m missing my promotional req pack for buying the master chief controller from best buy. I see it as the code had been redeemed but the actual req pack is not showing in the game. Xbox phone support this is a 343 issue and best buy said the same.
Would like to add myself to this list. Recieved the email from microsoft contianing the code redeeming the pre-order pack including:
“Recon Assault Rifle with Energy Bayonet and Lagrange Assault Rifle Weapon Skin”
Since entering code I have not recieved any of the above. Assuming it was release delays etc, I haven’t posted anything; but now after a couple weeks & the amounts of people posting, we’re due some sort of acknowledgement of this issue existing. I don’t mind waiting a bit longer, as long as someone lets us know this is being looked into.

When did you receive the email with the code? I never even got an email from Microsoft or 343 or anyone else that contained a pre-order bonus code to redeem. I know they have my correct email because they emailed me a receipt when I made the pre-order on October 25 and another receipt when I picked up my pre-order on October 27. I talked to people at the microsoft store and they said it was because of the number of pre-orders causing delays, but I don’t think it should have been delayed THIS long. This is really getting on my nerves as I feel like I have simply been forgotten. Can anyone please help?
