So I’ve just recently made a purchase of the Xbox One - Halo 5 Edition and it came with this Armor code. I used it the day I got it and I thought it would take a day to “process” the armor to be added but it has still yet to be added to my account. I even received a second code but when I go to use it it states I already have this content and wont let me use it. I would like to know how I go about fixing this issue.
What do you mean by “second code”? You got a second code for the same content?
Have you checked your armor collection? I found that when I entered a code for armor, it was added immediately to my collection as opposed to providing a REQ pack to open.
I never received any armor from it 
And by Second code I mean I got a new 25 digit code but I can’t use it because I “already own this content”.
Did you get a REQ pack? Usually promotional armor comes in those.
I got the code once too… My twin brother stole it from me…
