So around October of 2010 I got my Limited Edition Halo Reach Xbox. It comes with Recon Helmet and Elite Officer Armor codes. More recently my hard drive decided, “Hey, I’m going to stop working completely so this cracked disc stops working.” I did end up getting a new copy of Halo Reach after a while but now I don’t have my Officer and Recon armor and it wont allow me to use the code since they’ve already been used. Does anyone know a way I can get my armor back?
I believe you can go to your download history and redownload them.
I checked my queue. That did help me get another download back (thank you) but the Officer and Recon armor is not in there.
yea somone earlier mentiond that there armor magically disapeared? hm?

Contact Xbox Live support directly and explain the issues and they can look up and see your history, and resolve your redeemed code problem.
