Missing numerous weapon skins, armors, & emblems.

Hello everyone Halo community!

Two days ago I redeemed one of the Promotional Req Pack I got a while back, it was for the EVA Leonov Armor Set, Recon Assault Rifle with Energy Bayonet, Lagrange Assault Rifle Weapon Skin, and Exclusive Multiplayer Emblem Pack.

I have yet to actually receive any of these items in game. They’re not in the “My Packs” section, nor unlocked in my customization options.

I have reinstalled the game, the DLC, and spoken with Xbox Customer Support. They told me to make a post here, I have the code & pictures of that chat if needed.

Can anyone here please help me out?! It would be a shame if I never got these items =/

Ok it’s quite obvious this isn’t going anywhere & 343 certainly does not give two -Yoink- about this issue considering it’s been prevalent since the launch of the game.

Anyway to just close this thread?
