I am speaking to Josh from Microsoft. We went through the troubleshooting steps on how to attempt to re-sync the DLC (Fotus armor, multiplayer emblem, and battle rifle skin) that I have not received. After going through those steps, I have still not received anything from it. Need help from 343 to get me my DLC that I had purchased. Thanks.
