Updated Halo 5 this morning and when I went to play multiplayer my rank and prior matches were gone! It was like I had never played a multiplayer match. My Spartan customization, service record and saved campaigns were all accessible. I cleared persistent data, cleared Alt MAC, uninstalled and reinstalled Halo 5 (6+ hours) and I removed and added back my account. None of it restored my multiplayer record. Xbox support was useless. Any thoughts???
