Missing MCC tile

I got the flight 3 email. after installing the insider app I can’t see the MCC tile. I clicked the link in the email to create a support ticket, and after logging in I get a blank webpage with the text “access denied.”

I am definitely using the account that is registered for halo waypoint.
Wasn’t sure where else to get halo waypoint support. Also, I never got any code or steam code, as another user had mentioned in another post. is this relevant to me; as I would prefer steam to the windows store.

Getting the access denied message on the support site means you either don’t have an active invite or you are 100% not using correct login details. Needs to match the same email you used to sign up for the Insiders program. Double check that you’re using the correct details, they also need to be used for accessing the Xbox Insider Hub and the Windows store.

Regarding Steam keys, they were only sent out to those taking part in flighting on the very first day. Subsequent invites, I believe, have been for the Windows Store version. You can’t switch over i’m afraid. If you want to make sure of the flight you are taking part in though, the first paragraph of the invitation will explain whether you’re in the Windows Store flight or whether you should be waiting for a Steam key.

yes what he said. This time I got a steam key in comparison to a Windows Store key.

My email for halo waypoint and my xbox are the same, and I used the credentials to login here as I did for the invite. Would it be different than the credentials I used to log into this forum? if not and it really is a password issue at some other level, can I reset it?

unfortunately was invited on Flight 3, so I will have the store version.
