Missing MCC Insider Program

I got by email “Halo Insider MCC Flight Three - Invitation” but once logged in I can’t find the “MCC Insider Program” tile.
please help me.

Make sure to read over the details in your invite email carefully.
If you cannot access the Halo Support site and can’t see MCC inside the Hub, it means you aren’t logged in with the same details you used to sign up to the Insiders program with. Ensure you are logging in with the right details, if you try to access the Support site and get an access denied message then it means your details are not correct

could you tell me how to disconnect from the xbox insider hub account?

You should have the Xbox console companion app installed - if you open that up and go to setting (left hand aide at the bottom) there is an option to sign out, That will also sign you out of the Insider app

I followed all the instructions to the letter. in none of the accounts do I have "“MCC Insider Program”. how can i solve?

Please don’t post multiple time in a row, OP. If you need to add more information or quote other users, you can edit your last post. No need to bump your topic.
I never mentioned anything about "MCC Insider Program”. What i said was to open up the Xbox console companion app, which I believe should be installed, and sign out from there (Settings -> Sign out). This will also sign you out of the Xbox Insider hub, you can then sign back into the app with the correct details
