I never got my lv.50 req pack. Got 51 but never 50. Am I screwed out of the unlock forever?

Has anyone had this happen before? I’ve having trouble believing I’m the first to experience this particular bug.
Just talked to XBL support, and after a lot of troubleshooting they tell me my best bet is posting here. Except I’ve NEVER seen anyone actually get help on these forums. I’m furious at 343 for not having any support structure for customers. I just want a lousy ticket system that says “we did actually look into this problem, but we can’t fix it” but I can’t even get that! I just get to shout into the void, and maybe the next poor fool who has a problem like this will stumble onto this post and see that there’s no help to be found.
