Don’t know if this has happened to anyone else but I recently opened a gold REQ pack and got a Scout Decoy Helmet. I then equipped it and went back to the collection and it wasn’t there. It would be great if this could be fixed.

Never happened to me but I did hear it does happen to certs and you lose items
