I am not sure where to send this and I am new to forums so please help me. I recently got my Halo 4 Limited Edition game for Christmas and love the game and all that came with it. I like what 343 did and looking forward to the other halo titles. However when a friend recently brought over his copy i noticed i didn’t get a sliver foil package in which he said is a secret letter or something. I contacted xbox live support and after over a hour of being ran around and no answers to my questions other then take the game back to where i got it and get another copy. I tried and they do not have anymore and will only give me store credit plus i redeemed the codes that was in the red foil package. I am not looking for extra things such as codes or trying to take advantage of a store. There is nothing wrong with the game and as i said i love it. The game was bought from a uncle who ended passing on Christmas Eve and the game means a lot to me. Mine was fully factory sealed but didn’t have that Spartan poster - its not a biggie but I would have liked to have had it anyway.
There just isn’t any re-course since there are no real contact paths to 343 and MS just say to post on this forum which goes unanswered.
That and the shop won’t take back an opened game…
