I recently opened an REQ Pack and got a couple cool helmets. I go under customization, and they’re not there. To verify I got them, I went to my Collection and they were listed. But when I equipped them through Collection, I got an error message saying that my items weren’t loaded properly. Is there a way to fix this?
Same. The Frost Visr is in my collections but not in the customization menu. If I try to equip it it says “profile synchronizations failed”.
