I recently played through the Master Chief collection with a buddy of mine on Legendary, we both completed all 4 campaigns and both recieved the legend achievement on Xbox Live as well as on our service record on Halo Waypoint, the thing is he recieved the Helioskrill armor right away and I have yet to recieve it, this was back in May. Is there any way I can get in touch with someone on maybe getting the armor added to my inventory? I have screenshots and proof that we did all the work both on this site and xbox live, we only did coop legendary and i was the one who didn’t get the armor. Any help will be much appreciated, thank you!
Try putting MCC back in, maybe even play it a little bit. Check to see that the achievement is unlocked in MCC. Then load up Halo 5 again. You could also try a hard reset, to refresh the Xbox’s cache.
Yeah I’ve honestly tried every suggestion in the forums, like i said it was 3 months back that we unlocked the achievement, we took screenshots, triple checked all our stats, and still for some reason after all that he got the armor and i didn’t, posting here on the forum was my last resort
