I have brought halo wars 2 ultimate edition off the Xbox store for Xbox one but it is showing that haven’t received the season pass with the game. Spoke with Xbox support team who sent to this site.

Well seem that Xbox support don’t know what problem is they told me this website help me and can fix problem but if wait few days doesn’t look promising

Only thought I have: have you tried pressing the menu button from the home screen on HW2, going to “Manage Game” and seeing if the Season Pass is there to download?
Yeah I tryed that and I went mange game and wasn’t they also gone back into store and doesn’t say I own the season pass yet I own the ultimate edition and all other bits

Wierd, but to be honest… think you were sold a dummy by XBox Store there and probably need to go back to them. When you bought ultimate edition it should have included the season pass as DLC. They might be able to help here, but I’d have said XBox Store more likely (as the people you speak to there are customer service professionals, whereas most of the community here aren’t, and the mods and devs are extremely busy just now).
I might be wrong, but working on probability it’s them you want.
There is no download file for the pass, if you search for it on the store and go onto its page it should say you own the product, a lot of season passes now are not download files, times have changed, dlc when released should appear in the ready to install list, after selecting manage game in my games and apps/if its tile is on your home screen.

Yeah I know I thought Xbox support service should be able to sort it out but they the ones who send me to this website

If go into mange game should be able to see the season pass downloaded and I have check the store and doesn’t come up as if have the season pass asking me to buy it again so might be in the game change way downloaded onto game but then expecting the Xbox support group to know that downloaded to game

Well there is no download file for the pass final fantasy XV and a few others that I’ve purchased are the same when DLC is out will just appear in ready to install…though it shouldn’t be asking you to buy it again that is weird, for me buy is greyed out (may help I’m in preview programme/insider), but season pass should just say owned on store. Hopefully it’s just a hiccup system wise, and that is fixed for you shortly.
I have the same issue. Entered a code for the ultimate edition on my Xbox one and everything worked fine except of the season pass. The funny point is that the Xbox store says included in my ultimate edition and still shows the option to buy it. The windows 10 store says I already have this pass. Unluckily my PC is not able to run halo wars 2 (to low system specs). Hope they will fix it soon.

If you bought the season pass from the Xbox store, I would double check your purchase history or with Xbox Live Support to make sure the purchase went through. If it was a code redeem, make sure the code was actually redeemed. If you still need further help, feel free to start a new topic to track your issue
