I noticed the new halo waypoint today, and it is absolutely awesome and well organized. I also noticed that my stats were all there except for halo 2. I have changed my gamer tag this year and I am absolutely positive that is the reason I don’t have recorded stats. I am so worried that I am going to be unable to have them fixed as they still lay on bungie.net under my original gamer tag. What also worries me is that the mc collection may have special emblems to prove you played halo 2. I had the same problem with destiny. They gave emblems to people who played more than 6 bungie games. Problem is my gt was changed in February and bungie.net stopped recording stats for halo in late 2010. I need help before the mc collection launches because I know that I am going to miss out, and the forums are going to be so busy and overcrowded with complaints, bugs and people looking for others.
I can also prove 100% that my old gamer tag is actually mine. I can also give a staff memeber any info if I can be helped. I will not post my gamer tag on here as I do not want anyone to steal it from me in the mean time.
You wont be able to get the stats back. Once you change your tag its a done deal.
