Missing Gold req packs

Dear 343,

I purchased a 7x gold req pack bundle with 2 free on 12/19/15 in game. During the transaction, I received a message that said something to the effect of “the transaction could not be completed”. Upon checking my bank account, I see that the $19.99 has been taken and I have yet to receive even a single gold req pack let alone the 9 I should have received. I have also received a receipt from microsoft for the req pack and the purchase shows on my commerce.microsoft.com account. I would greatly appreciate it if you would give me one of the following: 1) the 9 req packs I purchased, 2) a refund of the $19.99, or 3) a $19.99 credit on my xbox live account. Whichever you do, you can be sure that I will not be purchasing any more req packs from you again.

Not to be confused with “spam” or bumping, I would simply like to contribute to this post by stating the fact that I am still waiting for my req packs.

I had this happen when I bought a 15+5 pack. About a week later my Xbox account had been refunded the money, not my bank account. Check your Xbox account to see if it’s been refunded there.

Nothing there. I have been dealing with this issue for nearly a month now and have yet to see results.
