Title is self-explanatory, I have completed Tip of the Spear in 11:20, 11:37, 12:10, 10:40. Not a single time was I awarded “Generous Tipper”. Today, about 10 minutes ago, I completed Exodus in 17:24 and earned both “Quicker Than Reading the Book” and “Fast Fall”.
