I didn’t originally have enough space on my laptop to download the Halo 5: Forge game, so I cleared out some space, having around 38 gb left. I started the download, but as it finished, I got an error message saying I needed more space. The game wouldn’t download to my 128gb USB 3.0, and now the files are on my laptop, taking up space, but are not anywhere. As in I can’t delete them to try a new fix. Anyone have suggestions about how to find them and what to do afterwards?
I thinking clearing the store cache should help on this OP
- Press Windows key + R - Type in “WSReset.exe” (or just wsreset should do fine)
- Press ENTER and let it do its thing
- Restart the computer and check that your space has been recoveredAfter that, you should be good to run the download again, as long as you have enough space
Thanks, I’ll try this now.
It didn’t work, I still have no space on my drive.
