As the title says, I have yet to receive the exclusive nameplate and emblem. I’ve had the game since launch and I’m worried that there’s been a mistake. I’m afraid that if I haven’t received the nameplate/emblem then I won’t receive ODST when it arrives. Is there anyone I can contact at Xbox or 343 about this problem?
If you don’t have the nameplates and avatars, you should pass your gamertag over to B is for Bravo so he can check with the team. If you have twitter, you can send him a tweet

Could mention that to bravo as well, though I’m sure if he knows you’re asking about nameplates, you won’t have the free month yet
