When I started playing the game last night, I realised straight off the bat that several classic emblems were missing.
I checked the emblem bank on the game and most of them weren’t there, including ones that had been there from the beginning (Flaming Horns,Thor etc), so I’m kind of puzzled as to why 343 just didn’t add the new emblems on top of the old ones, especially since the new ones look so similar.
I know right! Oh my god! I have been looking after the crossed energy swords, exactly like the one I’m using for my account and i can’t find it. I’m actually really sad about that. I have had this emblem since Halo 2, 11 years and now i can’t use it anymore because they didn’t add it. It may sound silly but I’m sad about it. It’s a big hit for me. I really hope they add back the classic emblems and basically those who has been in the game since Halo CE. I don’t see why they wouldn’t because I’m sure I’m not the only who who is attached to an emblem and has been using it for more than 10 years. sniff
I agree, I’ve used the nuclear waste warning symbol since the Halo 1 but it’s nowhere to be found.
I would use the crosshair emblem if it weren’t for the goofy arrow sticking out from the middle. I’d like the option of having the old ones with the new ones, mix things up a little.

Game companies nowadays (especially ones with multiplayer features) have a tendency to remove old things and replace them with new ones. I just don’t see why they keep every single old emblem and add their own, I mean, that is what evolution is about right? I’ve been using the Flaming Horns since I can remember, and I was heartbroken when I couldn’t find it on the emblem roster.
I freakin’ love this game, but I agree; emblems are a definite low point in the experience.

Yeah, that is kind of upsetting to me. I have always used the stuck emblem with the blam background and specific colors. Now I can’t do that at all since the Stuck is no longer an emblem, no backgrounds, and you can only use the color presets. I will admit though that some of those color presets look pretty cool though.
I am a little bit disappointed, since Halo 3 I used the classic spartan helmet.
I agree, I miss my crossed energy swords.
I’m missing the old flaming horns and nautical star though I do admit to loving the deer (buckeyes I think?)

there are new emblems being added each month. my favourite emblem has only been in 2 Halos.
Missing my Phoenix too.
Yeah man i feel your pain the phoenix needs to come back because for me being named goldenphoenix it helps if i have the emblem to match but yeah sad p.s all those others almost all of them are back by the way😁

Don’t do this. Just report it and let us handle it. Especially because your 2 months old thing isn’t totally accurate.
