I logded into my Xbox the other day and had 2 messages about a redeption code (code included) I went to get Pen / paper to write the code down (I cant memorise a redemtion code) and when I returned to the console about 4 minutes later, both emails were gone. One was actualy a reminder that the code had not yet been redeamed. This make me think there is a list of gamer-tags to codes and somebody can look up my tag and see my code has not yet been redeamed.
I called Xbox live support to see if they caould some how “un-delet” these messages and I was directed here.
Can the email be re-sent ???
