So I recently purchased the Halo 5 Limited Collector’s Edition as part of the Black Friday sale at my local GAME store for £30. (the one with the TriForce statues and the HUGE Box!)
Unfortunately, when I used the redeem code included in the LCE for the Deluxe Digital Bundle it only gave me the digital game, so I did not receive the 14 Premium REQ Packs.
Sadly, when I checked on Halo Waypoint>Halo5> REQUISITIONS the bundle is not available and is replaced with the ARENA REQ Bundle but has the features as the bundle I should’ve recieced. if I was to buy the bundle again on Halo Waypoint it is £19.99 which is almost as much as I paid for the game!
is there anyway to be issued with a code specifically for this missing DLC or a way to fix my problem?

On your dashboard,try going hovering over Halo 5, press the the Menu button on your controller, and click “Manage Game”, after that scroll down to “Ready to Install” if you see the Warzone req bundle,install it, or for simplicity, just click on install all. Hopefully you’dd find the Warzone req bundle there, sometimes you redeem a code and it doesn’t automatically download.
If you see the Warzone req bundle under the “Installed” game tab, on the “Manage game” menu, you should be good to go, you’ll just have to wait since the Warzone req bundle packs are given to you 2 a week, for 7 weeks, don’t really remember what day they are given to you, so you could potentially have to wait until next week to see the first two packs.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I’ve had a look on my Xb1 and the bundle is showing as installed, but the packs are not shown in game or online at HaloWaypoint>REQUISITIONS.
Also had a look online and the packs are 2 per week starting from date of purchase/redemption and its now been a few days and still nothing.
When I contacted XBL Support they gave me a link to the Bundle and it was shown as £19.99 not as “owned”…

At the beginning of the game that pack you say they gave 2 per week, not all together, however many in the forums have been reporting that they have problems with those promotional DLC, do not receive their fotus armor, or a visor, no one has given any solution Concrete, neither on the part of microsoft nor on the part of 343. I recommend that you do not buy with real money the pack. Is not consolation but the content that you give in that promotional pack you can still get buy the gold packs, using req points.

I contacted 343 and Xbox Support and neither could help.
Since then I got in touch with GAME you sold me the code and they are going to try to sort it out by issuing a new code.

i didnt get my 15th anniversary req pack im very upset about this im all ways active on halo5
im upset that ive played halo since 2001 and i didnt get the req pack im very disappointed about this because i love halo 5 and all the past halos
i hope 343 can understand how i feel about this.

You needed to have played during November 15-22. Your game history goes 11/13 then directly to 11/23. you did not play any games during that time, so you did not receive the pack.
besides, it was only an armor set, which can be found in gold packs.
