Missing DLC Content - H5 Digital Deluxe Ed.

Hi,

So I recently purchased the Halo 5 Limited Collector’s Edition as part of the Black Friday sale at my local GAME store for £30. (the one with the TriForce statues and the HUGE Box!)

Unfortunately, when I used the redeem code included in the LCE for the Deluxe Digital Bundle it only gave me the digital game, so I did not receive the 14 Premium REQ Packs.

Sadly, if I was to buy the bundle again on Halo Waypoint it is £19.99 which is almost as much as I paid for the game!

is there anyway to be issued with a code specifically for this missing DLC or a way to fix my problem?

Did you check in game or on Waypoint if you had the REQ packs? They may take some times to load, if not I suggest contact support or whatever, we’re only members on this forum and not much we can do to help you out.

Req packs take time to load so give it time (I bought the Arena Req bundle and it took me a day for it to load).

If they don’t show up, contact Microsoft support. Don’t bother calling in, just use the chat service.

Provide them with the invoice you have and they’ll be able to ensure you get them.

Same thing happened to me. They eventually got things figured out and gave me my req packs.
