I recently purchased 4 of the 7 Gold REQ packs and have only received 2 of them. I was only aware of purchasing 2 with the Xbox telling me there was an error in the purchase with the other 2 (when in reality there obviously wasn’t). I just want this issue fixed and what I paid for received, or atleast a refund for 2 of them. Is there some way to contact 343 about this because xbox cant go around Halo Servers.
I installed halo nightfall on halo channel but I cannot watch the episodes so I cannot get the nightfall armour I have installed and uninstalled it at least 8 times. What should I do ?
