I beat halo 4 campaign on legendary and got the achievments but on my service record it says i didnt complete it on normal let alone legendary, on halo waypoint it says the same thing as my service record but i have the achievments and when i go into my campaign to play it correctly shows my completion on legendary what can i do to make it recognize the legendary completion?
Were you online when you completed the missions, without disconnecting during your sessions? If not, then you may have to take any missions that show up as incomplete, and run them while connected to Xbox LIVE.
IIRC Achievements rely on your hard drive data, but Waypoint and the Service Record rely on the stat-tracking servers, which can only see you when you’re online. (Incidentally, this also affects the armor rewards for Legendary completion.)
