Missing bundle of Gold REQs

So like others here just a few minutes ago I bought $20 of gold packs using a Xbox Live gift card and my console seemed to crash and restart. I do not have the REQ packs so far, and yet the gift card money is gone.

This has happened to a lot of people, I don’t know what’s going on but I hope they give us a bonus for taking our money with nothing in return

same here still no gold packs bought 4 of them

My gold packs appeared. Just need to give them some time folks. Issue is now resolved.
