I pre ordered halo 5 limited collectors editions beginning of october, picked it up on the 20th, did not install right away I was waiting for a buddy of mine to get it so we can play together. I installed it the first week in November, he got the limited and that’s when I realized that I haven’t been able to get the war zone req packs that he’s got, ie the green ones you get like 2 every week, and the pre-order bonus packs and skins, it says they are installed but I haven’t gotten anything, I have the digital copy, which took for ever to download, even with hard line, I have since Un installed and Re installed and still nothing, and when I go to the game and app menu to manage halo 5 I has the war zone req download there along with the pre order bonuses that says bundle only, I click on it and says not found

Most people that bought hard copies didn’t get preorder bonuses and have trouble with the req packs including me who bought the LE. posted over 3 weeks ago, still no help from 343.
Dude what the hell really?? This -Yoink- is -Yoink!- me off to no ends. I get on today and my huddled texts me that he was on last night November 17 2015, and he got a message from xbox thanking him for being on halo 5 last night and I got a message from him saying that he got some ninja armor and another war zone req pack… what the hell I was on last nite to guys I didn’t get squat what the hell is going on!!!
So, the next time you start up your xbox, go to My games and apps and go to the halo 5 icon. From there hit the start button on your controller and select manage game, you should be able to view any of the various packs that you have from there. If the warzone req bundle is there, know that the 14 packs are delievered in sets of two a week, meaning you’ll recieve them over a time frame of 7 weeks. If they icon for the warzone req bundle is not there, then the code for it has not been applied and downloaded yet.
That additional armor is the Tenshin Raikou armor that players get for playing Halo 5 by Nov 7. The delivery of that item has been delayed for a number of people (i myself have yet to recieve mine and i played since launch), but slowly but surely 343i is doling out that armor/pack. The green warzone pack is delievered late Sunday night each week( in my experience thats when i recieve it).
Yea I understand what you said and I have done that since and the warzone req bundle is there but I have yet to get anything from it and I’ve been playing for awhile now more than 2 weeks, I also had pre-order as well but I can’t access that bundle pack at all

My recommendation is either contact support when you can or wait till Sunday’s next batch of warzone packs screenshot it with a timestap and use that as further evidence of recieving nothing. For pre order if you have nothing contact the sellerwho you bought it from if its nit appearing under the my games and app section.
This is getting RIDICULOUS!! The game’s been out for more than 3 weeks and I have yet to see A SINGLE warzone req pack!! All my deluxe digital edition bonuses are missing!! I posted about this more times than I can count. What the hell is going on??

Yea still haven’t gotten a thing I’ve contacted support which got me no where, but I might as well go to the source and just say hey wtf is going on doubt that will get me any where either 
Well got a piece of good news is got the code for the armor that we were all suppose to get but still nothing else on the pre order bonuses or the war req packs
Likewise here, even The Fall of Reach animated series episodes 2 and 3 are locked in the Halo Channel. The lack of communication from 343 disgusts me and is quickly killing my opinion of them… I have not seen a single response from them regarding this issue and it’s been almost a month since release… truly disgusting and very off putting for a long time fan like myself. Sucks to see that the biggest fans, the ones that actually paid extra for in game items and the animated series; especially when it was not needed due to free dlc, are getting shafted and getting the silent treatment from 343.

I know OP has located where the bundle is, but if could M3 check if the bundle appears in the my games and apps, like so http://imgur.com/YcJxQnj, the Warzone Req Bundle Will be the Green one, not the gold one that i had selected. If it is there and you havent received any of the weekly packs then you’ll have to try like OP to contact customer support. If it isnt there simply re apply the code you recieved from you limited edition and download.

Revelant info that didnt occur to me till now. I remember when talking to a Gamestop rep about the LE copy that on the reciept of the pre order that was a code you were supposed to put in to gain ascess to the Fall of Reach Episodes (and maybe other stuff? i cannot fully remember), where did you fellows preorder and purchase your games, that could help resolve this issue.

Yup it’s all there, I’ve deleted and reinstalled about 5 times now with no dice. Even traded in my Xbox One for the new One Elite and reinstalled there another 5 times. Game is a digital copy bought and pre-ordered from the online store about a month before release. All promotional DLC has worked for me such as the Vengeance AR skin, Raikou (sp?) armour set along with the Spartan Company req pack. My pre-order bonus, war zone bundle, and fall of reach series do not work, period. Now as of last night the fall of reach won’t even install anymore it just stays uninstalled but war zone bundle and pre-order will uninstall and install again no problem.
Do you work for 343? You are the only person I see addressing this issue and actually giving a damn about the issue tons of people are having… Pretty sad that 343 won’t say anything and we have community members like yourself taking it upon themselves to help others… if you don’t work for them they should hire you! You’ve been more help to the community than they have thus far and that is saying A LOT.
Nah, just a fellow community member with a decent amout of experience with customer support, though thank you for the compliment. I just felt that i should do what i can to help others since i was lucky enough to not have any problems. The slight annoyance is that there are so many threads of similar topics and just not enough time to help everyone.
Sorry, i couldn’t be of any more help beyond saying that the current system is either failing to deliver packs or just incredibily slow at doing so. I mean the fact that everything appears under my games and apps should mean the retailers code was good and it went through, its just that the req system isnt keeping up its end.

No problem and thanks for the help! If only 343 has taken the initiative as you have maybe the little faith people had in them would still have remained. As far as the problem goes I guess we have to have a little more patience and see what comes from this situation. I mean just an acknowledgement from 343 would be nice but, I digress. Again thanks!
