I had a blitz pack after I reached a new rank but when I went to open it it said there was an error and I couldn’t open them. I tried restarting my game but when I tried to open them again they were gone. Any chance they can send me a pack?

This happened to me too, and a second time with a pack from the campaign, so that’s two I’ve lost to this bug now.
This has also happened to me when ranking up. Now when I gain xp it keeps telling me I have gained a pack for reaching that rank but the pack doesn’t show.
Just like Halo 5 Guardians, when an issue like this happens it just means the opening of the pack got skipped. Your cards will still be added to your inventory, might need to hard reset your console to check or you can check your decks here on Waypoint 
The problem with that is unless you know EXACTLY what you had before that happened it’s pretty much impossi le to tell. I ‘lost’ 3 packs like this as well and have no idea if they really were lost or not
