By the title you can guess that my rogue armor didn’t show up when I got my Spartan Officer in Halo 3 Xbox 360 recently plus I changed my colors on my spartan while wearing my recon armor(given by 343i in 2012 or 2014) and the next day its gone…it went to Mark VI default. Is the problem caused by server issues at the moment?

Same thing happened to me, please help!
There are similar issues in Reach as well. I’m pretty sure it’s server side since both games are also experiencing XP/credit problems.
Just to note that this is being looked into, but no eta on when things might be fixed
The bungie column nameplate has also been taken away. I assume all these Bungie server unlocks are related.
Rip my bungie nametag and blue flaming helmet, my heart just sunk
Hopefully the Halo 3 apocalypse isn’t beginning like Halo 2 and news will come in the March Update. My Recon armor is gone and you can’t check people service records anymore.
I also wish they just made Recon Armor a free downloadable add-on for Halo 3.

they can’t even give recon armor out for free, they don’t have the ability to do that. This is why people are unsure if 343 can fix the blue flames and nameplate issue on reach, because if they can fix the servers or revert some of the issues we can get the stuff back. However, if the changes are permanent and 343 can’t go back and fix it, then people will lose out on the armors/tags/effects.
I do find it strange how 343 pulled the plug on the stats page and then people lost out on their armor from halo games days later, I wonder if this has anything to do with it? Also, it kind of makes sense considering the armor pieces are tied to the email addresses of the people who obtained them back in the day, and that information may have been linked to the page?.
When I was playing with a friend who also has it we realized neither of our heads were fire. Fairly disappointed that my blue flames and 7th column nameplate are gone. I get it’s being investigated but, is there any really hope of getting them back? I was so close to seeing Security burn blue.
Yeah I lost my reach nameplate and blue flames. Can anyone tell me what’s going on?
I don’t know if anyone realized this, but all these issues occurred straight after the 360 server maintenance on tuesday. My guess is that some systems were switched off or altered which is what caused this problem for us.
Someone told me the Halo Waypoint support for 360 has discontinued that’s why things has been messed up.

That got discontinued around the time MCC came out (2014) so I don’t think that’s it. Some things in the Waypoint app like armor unlocks were working as late as last year. I tried to get the cR drops from the H1A terminals last month and those did not work.
Just posting to say the same thing has happened to me as well. I lost my Bungie nameplate and Blue Flames, here’s hoping to a fix!
Yep, mines gone too
God I hope I didn’t lose my Katana & Security set
Bungie nameplate and blue flames are gone and my world just turned inside out.
Looks like I got my Recon Armor back for Halo 3. Just wish it could be a downloadable add-on or give Recon to everyone again one last time.
I also got my recon and nameplate back
Just wanted to add, I DID have the issues described in this post.
As of today, my Recon and Nameplate (Halo 3) and my Blue Flames and Nameplate (Reach) are back.
