Missing and incorrect video in Spartan Ops

Spartan Ops video “Invasion” plays Community Creation or Halo Fest video instead of the proper Spartan Ops episode . Episode :“Expendable” plays episode “Invasion”.
All the other Spartan Ops episodes are correct,

Sometimes a video gets stuck playing in the background while I try to navigate the app comes close to crashing or freezes.

I’m having the same issue with the Invasion episode. Only difference is I get get an episode of Breaking Down the Map for Lockdown instead. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon. I was really enjoying these up to this point.
