Does anybody know why my Mark V armor disappeared from my spartan and are now recruit armor? Why all of my DLC skins, armor pieces, emblems, etc. are gone?! Please help. I am not paying 343i another dime until this is fixed.

This isn’t a big deal. Just delete them from the hard drive and redownload them from your download history. Problem solved.

That’s not helping, the OP is just frustrated with a game error.
This is a game glitch that I have encountered once before but was solved the next time I played Halo 4 and have never experienced it again. I recommend doing the same; try exiting to Dashboard or turning your console off and coming back to Halo 4. If that doesn’t work, you may want to redownload your DLC content.

I second this. I was with him when it happened to him, and that’s what worked.
It was after playing a Campaign game prior to the Title Update that fixed that problem. 
I just redownloaded the content, so it isn’t that bad of a deal.
