I didnt receive any DLC for the Limited Edition pre-order. It was also missing the booklet on the inside. I got it from the Gamestop Midnight Release and when i called Gamestop that night not even 30 minutes later they said that there was nothing at all that they could do. they said the only solution was to talk to a 343 worker. i ended up at 343industries.org and the Moderator that i was talking to told me to post a new topic in this thread. I really would like some answer and help with this issue. gamestop wont refund me my money or give me a different copy with everything with it that i pre-ordered. All ive got from the game is the steel case and the game disks. Didnt get a single pre-order item. i feel like i spent that 100$ on standard edition… i Really need a 343 worker to message me and help me. Ive been trying to figure out how solve this issue and everyone is saying that only a 343 worker can get me all the DLC and everything that im missing. I would love to see this issue taken care of today because i have been running in circles to get this solved. PLEASE if you can help message me or reply on this thread. This has never happened to me before and i feel pretty let down about this whole thing.
If anyone can get a hold of a 343 worker and have them message me and get this mess straightened out it would be very much appreciated

The DLC is not made yet my friend, it’s a Season Pass you get with the LE so you have already paid off all of the DLC but you have to wait for it to come out first.
Also all the codes that you get with the LE are in a Red Sealed Packet

there has to be someone that can help. I cant just be out of 100 dollars. is there like a phone number, live chat, or any way possible i can get ahold of 343? i tried messaging their twitter with no luck. but theres got to be some way possible that i can get everything i should have…
Its the shop’s fault, you need to go them and not take any -Yoink- about it being something 343 can fix, you have an incomplete copy of the game you bought and its up to the shop to fix that for you.
Gamestop said they will not take it back, repace it, refund it or anything. They told me if i got ahold of 343 that they would absolutely help me. 343 is the only that that is able to give everything that was not in the package.
It was sealed until i opened it when i got home. i don’t know what went wrong with it but it was just the steel case and the game disks. Which makes it seem like it got messed up in packaging. there was absolutely no proof of tampering what so ever

You’re really barking up the wrong tree here. If what you say is the case, you HAVE to take the game back to the store you bought it at. If they refuse, which is unlikely. Or can’t due to being sold out, speak to a manager. The manager can contact other local stores that may still have the LE in stock. If that doesn’t work, call microsoft.
343i CAN NOT HELP YOU. They don’t keep extra DLC codes in their pockets. They have nothing to do with the manufacturing process. They didn’t even publish the game. Mircosoft did. Which is why you have to contact microsoft.
Honestly, in a case like this, there is absolutely no way to verify what you say is true. You could just be making all of this up just to try to get yourself the LE dlc. Wouldn’t be the first time someone has come crying foul to a developer looking for freebies.
Go back to the store. If that gets you no where, call microsoft. But be forewarned. If microsoft even has the ability to help you, they’ll likely require you to provide proof of purchase. So, you’ll need to have a receipt showing you actually purchased the LE. They may even require a personalized image of the receipt, LE, and your gamertag to prove that it’s your picture. Sorry. But again, in cases like this. People all too often try to cheat the system by telling stories exactly like yours. Hoping to get compensation without proof.
I understand why you would be suspicious but i do have a receipt. I sent it in to 343 already they needed my gamertag so they were able to see if i had the codes on my xbox my account didnt have anything. gave them my serial number. no other account on the xbox has redeemed them. the receipt had no DLC codes. But yeah i have already thought of the suspicions anyone might have and i sent in proof of it being a fail LE halo 4 pack. with all of the evidence i provided im getting the codes. I have respect for 343 and i wouldnt make up rediculous storys to get the codes, plus before i even made this post i showed everything to a moderator on 343industries.org
which is why i made this post with confidence. and the reason gamestop would/will not take it back is because they can not take back flawed games. if i would have traded the game in i could not have used the receipt because it was for LE and what i would have been returning would have been SE so i would have been losing 50 dollars for nothing. all in all i got a defective game now im getting the dlc that i was supposed to get. took over a week but i finally get the real LE
