If you are talking about the Specializations offer for playing Halo 4 before November 20th, that wasn’t open to UK players.
All who were eligible for that have been messaged/emailed their code.
Well, all who were eligible were supposedly mailed their code. I and several of my friends never got them. Nor am I holding my breath. S’ok though, I’ll just save my money and not buy the map packs and stuff until they get around to unlocking the specs for everyone.
