I’ve already contacted Microsoft support; provided them with the 6 codes I received from the Halo 5 action figures. Unfortunately none of them show up in Halo 5 for me to open. Microsoft was unable to assist me and suggested I contact 343i via the waypoint forums. I’m half expecting not to recieve a reply, but I would very much like this issue to be resolved.
*Note: I did play the past 3 Saturday closed beta tests; I saw the packs there but did not open them to avoid any future issues, but apparently that didn’t help. I’m thinking perhaps there was some unforeseen bug where the codes were tied to the closed beta voiding them for me in the full release. I DO STILL HAVE THE CODES IF NEEDED FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES.
