I’ve not been awarded a promotion req pack for levelling up to 108 because this was done when i was offline through experience gained from a company commendation. Any way of fixing this?
You could try fully closing down the game via the Xbox Dashboard (Press start over Halo 5 and quit) then by restarting the Xbox and see if that helps.

Regardless of how you ranked up, you should still receive the pack.

It might be a good idea to reach out to @Brav on Twitter. He’s the community manager for 343 Industries. While he might not be able to get you the promotion pack, he’ll hopefully be able to pass it along to the appropriate teams and ensure it is fixed in the future.
