Missed out on Req Pack(s)

343, so I am level 107 now in Halo 5 but I never received my req pack with the Common BR req or the Elementary Emblem. I have no idea if i have missed any more but i think i was boosted for that level 2-4 req packs. I know i am missing the BR and elementary medal for sure. I have tried to reach out but no one is giving me any support or saying if there will be a fix for this. I know you had a similar issue in March.

Can you please look into this? I will even let you check my page to show you i really don’t have the reqs. Please, please, please look into this and fix it soon. I want my common BR rifle and elementary medal.

Hopefully someone will respond and at least acknowledge this.

343 will you be fixing the SR packs not received by halo players when they were xp boosting early in game? I am trying to get the elementary emblem and common BR which both unlock at level 3 rank I believe. I’m level 134 and still don’t have them. Will this be fixed with the next update?

I have this same issue. I am SR 112 and I am still missing the default BR, and the Ultra Rare Protector set, and countless emblesms, but opening packs only gives me REQ points back. Is there anything that an be done?

Yeah my friend hit 30, and got kicked from the fireteam when he opened his pack, now he doesn’t have the emblem.

I wish 343 would reply and let us know if they will fix it.

I just recently completed my Plasma Caster and Covenant Weapon Commendations but never got the Req packs for either, I even tried getting more kills with the Plasma Caster but with no luck. I don’t know if this is a bug or what but it’s very disappointing and frustrating. Please find the time to look into this matter so this problem can hopefully get resolved quickly.
