Some of my favorite and intense games were in Halo 2 1v1. There was nothing like the “Running Riot, GAME OVER” sound at the end of a match when you 10-0 someone. Having some small maps designed around 1v1 with some interesting weapons would be awesome!

Anyone else miss the old 1v1 matchmaking from Halo 2? Would you want a return?

*Of course 2v2 needs to become a permanent playlist as well.

1v1 was always a dumb playlist idea. Great for customs if you’re into that sort of thing, but a lousy playlist.

Halo 5 maps are already 1v1 size.
