Some things I’ve noticed during my time with Infinite’s multiplayer.
I want to start off by saying this combat is fun and so is equipment. It’s very polished and equipment opens up so many opportunities for memorable moments (or crazy flukes)
Now… some minor gripes I have and things that could be fixed in a day:
• Jorge-052 Kit has untextured left shoulder
• Sometimes weapon charm detaches, suspended in air at the exact spot detachment occurred. Switching weapons resets charm.
• Custom games don’t allow tweaking of equipment ammo count, cooldown, or starting equipment. (It’d be funny to run a custom game with infinite no-cooldown grapple and run some weird Spider-Man game)
• Emile-A239 Kit lacks white stripes on right shoulder and has red-ish visor rather than yellow/gold …also I’m bummed you can’t earn every shoulder piece Noble Team use…
• We need, if not more gametype variety, then voting like Reach had. I get it can be insulting to always be compared to Bungie, but there were winning elements in the formula that we simply lack for no real apparent reason.
LESS EASY FIXES:
• Allowing mix-and-match of armor coloration rather than strict color schemes. (This was lame in Destiny as well)
• Let us customize emblems. Just do it. It’ll be fine.
• XP granted based on score during match
There should be the base 50 per match, although perhaps not in the form of a perpetual daily but I’m assuming this is merely a temporary measure, then additional based on the score at the end of a match.
I understand this one totally goofs the plan regarding the battle pass and how it’s necessary to stretch it out so that new content can release in a timely manner, so there really isn’t a pretty solution to how slow progression is.
