Wanted to see if anyone has some insight to these few bugs I noticed.

In campaign, I noticed that silent auditorium level is showing I have not claimed the skull for that level, but I have claimed it. I can select it, I can see it in my skulls folder, and I got the xbox achievement for finding all skulls. Does anyone else have this and/or know why this might be?

What happened with the legendary stances requiem revengeance and act of genesis? did they ever unlock?
