so, whats the minimum level one must be at, in order to gift the free req pack that came with today’s update?

5, I believe.

If they didn’t put in the minimum level players would have created multiple accounts before the update was released and gifted the packs to their main account. It is only level 5

Level 5 is the minimum level.
