It’s not minimalistic enough - It looks more like a flat vector art than minimalist. If you reduced the total colours to 3, one for the helmet, one for the background colour, one for the visor, and then use the background colour again for the child that is insert of the visor, then it would look a lot more minimalist than it looks like currently.
Overall though not bad. Just needs a little more work.
