This is my first time posting, so don’t judge me if this gets posted in the wrong place. Anyway, I have fully finished milestone 15 in reach, i still haven’t gotten my military police helmet for both reach and halo 5, i think for the military police helmet in 5, you have to buy the pack, but that still makes me wonder, how do I claim the helmet. All it said to do was complete male stone 15 “ the soldier we need you to be”

You have to keep opening packs in Halo 5. It will automatically be added to your REQ collection once you find it in a pack.
I’m assuming you are talking about the original (Xbox 360) version of Reach? To get the MP helmet you need to hit career milestone 15 in Halo Waypoint AND get the “The Soldier We Needed You To Be” achievement (beat Reach on Normal). For the MCC version of Reach, you need to reach (heh) the required level and then use one of your unlock tokens to get the helmet.
For Halo 5 somebody can correct me, but I’m pretty sure the MP helmet is exclusively a part of the Classic Helmet REQ Pack, so you can’t unlock it with regular packs. That is. unless 343 have sneaked it in the regular REQ pool and I didn’t get the memo.

Yes I have the original Xbox 360 version… it’s backwards compatible. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it

Yes, you had to complete milestone 15 to unlock it, but I had already done that… I’m not sure how to claim it though. So I thought if I’d make a topic, there would be someone telling me how to get it or what else do I have to do.

You’re right, I apologize. The helmet in H5 is part of the Classic Helmet Pack. The pack is sometimes made available for purchase using REQ points though, so I suggest waiting for when it becomes available for purchase that way.
As for “milestone 15,” are you referring to Reach in MCC? If so, you have to purchase the helmet using your season points (or whatever they are called). Basically, you reach a certain rank to unlock items for purchase, you earn x number of points for reaching a rank, and you use those points to unlock the armor pieces you have unlocked for purchase.
