Is the helmet still obtainable?
And if it is can you do it on the Xbox one? Or does it have to be on 360s waypoint app?
It is obtainable, but you need to use the 360 Waypoint app I’m afraid—the app isn’t available on the One.

You can only use the 360 waypoint app. On Xbox 1 they replaced it with the Halo Channel
See the sticky by Blodhgarm92 on this forum. While we’re on the subject, the 360 Waypoint app is the only way to enter glyph codes to get certain Halo 4 armor as well. Expect a mod to lock this thread imminently.
