Who else has gone back to reach? I would go back to 3, but my disc wore out long ago.
When I find someone to play 4, we spend about an hour in that game. Then we get tired, and we go to Reach, to use the Warthog in Hemorrhage and play customs. I can’t say I’ve totally migrated to Reach, but the fact is that I play Reach much more than 4.
I’ve actually migrated all the way back to 3.
I’ve been playing Halo: Reach since December. It’s just so much better. I will play Halo 4 again when the rest of the Spartan Ops episodes come out and to try out the new maps, because I got the LE.
Migrated so much back to Reach I’ll probably trade in H4. I’m just waiting to see if 343i miraculously cures H4 of its CoD identity crisis.
Really glad to see i’m not the only halo fan who thinks H4 is just way to COD-like. For a minute there I thought I was just getting old, only 29 and I would consider myself a “hardcore” gamer. 68,000+ xbox live score.
I have completely gone back to Reach, i even have the limited edition of H4 with the DLC pass and I don’t play it. PLayed it for two weeks and went running back to Reach.
343 did a bum job with the armor in H4, I don’t like the way any of the armor designs look, the levels are actually pretty cool and I enjoyed playing in those spaces, but the gameplay itself is the deal breaker. Hopefully H5 will be a return to the classic feel, get rid of the run ability, slow the pace back down again where it can be strategic gun battles and not just twitch gaming who saw who first type thing.
Migrate back? lol, I never left. After playing 2 weeks of Halo 4 I returned back to the Spartan-III Program and haven’t regretted the decision.
