possible but i doubt he would just run into chief in an ancient structure. If he does appear one of the following would most likely happen
- he is already at the structure and is giving the command for chief to be pulled in.
- he won’t appear until H5 or H6 and will have already reunited with the UNSC/ other organizations.
- a book or short story is created to explain some other wacky way he ran into the chief.
